The National Waste & Recycling Association (NWRA) recognized veterans in the waste and recycling industry with a unique challenge coin honoring their service to our country.

The National Waste & Recycling Association (NWRA) recognized veterans in the waste and recycling industry with a unique challenge coin honoring their service to our country. These men and women, who were nominated by their employers, represent every branch of the military.

“We cannot thank these brave men and women enough for their commitment to our country. Their leadership and work ethic are an inspiration to us,” said NWRA President and CEO Darrell Smith. “I am pleased to recognize them with a challenge coin this week when we pause to thank our veterans for their service and sacrifice.”
