New York Cities Department of Sanitation is starting a program to beautify their trucks. Allowing artists to paint on the city's garbage trucks, there is one big stipulation; the paint must be second-hand or paint that was otherwise going to go to waste. Offering 400 square feet of space to paint, each truck is a moving mural. The project will begin on September 18th.
