With rain in even the most remote areas of the globe being discovered to hold "forever chemicals," scientists are working to solve the problem.

With processes like leachate contaminating water systems with things like PFAS, a lot of rainfall water now contains "forever chemicals." These chemicals are believed to contaminate water and be irremovable, however, with a new technology invented in Australia, this might change. The process, known as Low-Energy Evaporative Fractionation, uses minimal energy and no chemicals or consumables. The tech is believed to be extremely important to continue developing as scientists begin identifying deadly toxins found in rainfall in even the most most remotes area of the globe.
